Sun Jar

I can highly recommend this as a genius gift for someone that's difficult to buy for. I have given a few of these as gifts now and they are a huge hit.

How it works: The jar is one of those big frosted Mason Jars that you'd see in the pantry in days of yore. Hidden inside the jar, under the lid is a nifty solar panel that charges a rechargeable battery that powers a light inside the jar. The switch is light activated, so the jar charges up during the day, and only lights up when it gets dark.

It really does look like you've got a little jar of sunlight. A guaranteed hit as Mother's Day present.
